Monday we decided to hit the slopes right away at Copper Mountain...we were seperated from the Woepking family because the rental lodge we first went to didn't have our sizes in ski boots, so we headed over to another part of the mountain where they did have them (they were very busy being sping break and all.)
We didn't catch up with our friends until the end of the day, but we had an awesome first day of skiing together and getting in touch with our "ski legs."
...it was so beautiful!
We were all a little rusty, but Colorado and it's wonderful long slopes got us into the grove pretty quickly (even though Kaleb was getting very frustrated with me and my teaching techniques)...
...the ride on the ski lift had such an awesome view (although that was the coldest part of the skiing experience.)
