This is the first year that our kids will not be Trick-or-Treating. Shelby, of course is way too old since she is now a High Schooler, and Kaleb has a better plan... The Wilton Football team has a home play-off game that night, so Kaleb would much rather go to that since he'd eat, sleep, and breathe Football if he could (plus Shelby has to play in the Band.) This is okay with me, but we'll miss Mom's soup supper that she has for us all every Halloween. Sorry Mom, because that I will miss!
This past week-end was Kaleb's first (boy/girl) Halloween Party. He wasn't thrilled about dressing up, but Tanner was so he did. I guess he's suddenly way to "old or cool" to be that crazy...WHATEVER! Tanner dressed up as Freddie Kruger, but Kaleb didn't have a silly costume so he wore an old costume that I had made for Rob. It's an old men's suit lined in duct tape. On the back it used to say "the Rob," but we turned it into "The K." All the girls at the party thought it stood for "The King," so he let them think that, of course...

It was so cute, because literally everyone at this 6th grade party dressed up. It was really cool how they had the whole place decorated and even had a DJ. The boys had a lot of fun (after we left, of course.) It's so crazy now that both of our kids actually go out with friends.

This Monday the kids didn't have school, but Shelby had play practice at the church from 10 to 2. Tanner invited Kaleb to spend the night and bring his 4-wheeler so they would each have one to ride at his house. They had a lot of fun. Thanks for having him guys.
This picture is from a few weeks ago while he was out in the yard showing me his jumping abilities...

Blessings...An
